English file 3d edition – это современный, многоуровневый курс, включающий учебники для учеников от начального (Elementary или А1) до продвинутого (Advanced или С1) уровня.
English file 3rd edition имеет множество преимуществ. Учебник оформлен очень ярко и современно, содержит множество иллюстраций, цветных фотографий, таблиц, схем. English File 3rd edition действительно идет в ногу со времнем: все тексты и задания затрагивают актуальные реалистичные темы, многие задания оформлены в контексте новейших информационных технологий (использование различных гаджетов, соцсети, селфи, блогеры и т.д.), что делает их максимально приближенными к реальной жизни взрослого человека в 21-м веке.

Тут собраны все уроки и все юниты, видео ролики и аудио материалы, все тексты из книги озвучены, а так же все задания на аудирование, которые можно слушать со скриптом или без него. Кроме того, в этой программе собраны и озвучены все упражнения по грамматике, лексике и произношению. Каждое слово и каждую фразу можно прослушать и отработать с помощью дополнительных упражнений. Одним словом, это потрясающая вещь для самостоятельных занятий английския языком. Большим преимуществом учебника является то, что в него включены различные аутентичные видео ролики, демонстрирующие беседы людей на улицах Лондона и Нью-Йорка, документальные передачи и др. Все видео ролики можно загрузить на свой смартфон или планшет и смотреть в любое удобное время.
Программа iTutor очень удобная для пользования, разобраться с ней не составит труда даже самому неопытному пользователю. Ключи ко всем упражнениям и тестам доступны в данном интерактивном приложении, поэтому очень легко практиковаться и сразу же проверять себя.
В текстах и заданиях используется современная разговорная лексика (слова, устойчивые фразы, словосочетания/коллокации), которую очень часто можно услышать в реальных жизненных ситуациях. Особое внимание удиляется именно устойчивым словосочетаниям и коллокациям, так как они очень часто представляют сложности при изучении и правильном использовании в различных контекстах. В учебнике есть так называемый Vocabulary Bank, в котором вся новая лексика представлена в удобных таблицах, схемах, с красочными илююстрациями и с транскрипцией. Важно и то, что все слова и фразы из Vocabulary Bank, а также вся новая лексика и все задания озвучены, их можно прослушивать столько раз, сколько необходимо для правильной постановки произношения и запоминания, благодаря чему учебник отлично подходит для самостоятельного изучения английского языка.
Грамматика вводится постепенно и в контексте (в текстах, диалогах, а не просто в таблицах, которые раньше надо было зубрить наизусть), то есть без отрыва от определенных коммуникативных ситуаций. Отрабатывать и повторять новый грамматический материал можно в специальных разделах Grammar Bank в учебнике, а также в рабочей тетради и в интерактивном приложении для ПК и смартфонов.
Книга для учителя содержит планы уроков с советами и рекомендациями. В конце книги множество полезных дополнительных материалов для отработки новой лексики, грамматических упражнений, коммуникативных заданий и игр.
